Study AI Mastery (studyaimastery.com, "the Platform") is operated by Our Rose LLC, a New York limited liability company ("we", "us"). By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Free Tier: Access to select content at no cost, no credit card required
  • Paid Plans: Billed monthly or annually through Stripe
  • Billing Name: Charges are made by Our Rose LLC and appear on your card statement as OUR ROSE LLC
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
  • Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (see Refunds & Cancellation)
  • Price Changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All course content, prompts, challenges, and materials are owned by Study AI Mastery. You may use the prompts and techniques you learn for personal and commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish our course content.

5. User-Generated Content

When you post in forums, share solutions, or leave reviews, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display it on the Platform. You agree not to post content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on others' rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download course content
  • Post spam, malware, or malicious content in forums
  • Harass or abuse other community members

7. Certificates

Certificates are issued upon course completion and represent completion of our curriculum. They are verifiable through our platform. Certificates do not represent academic credit or professional certification.

8. Limitation of Liability

Study AI Mastery provides educational content as-is. We make no guarantees about career outcomes, income, or specific results. The platform is provided for educational purposes, and you use AI tools at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
