  • Paid Plans: Billed monthly or annually through Stripe
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
  • Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans
  • Price Changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All course content, prompts, challenges, and materials are owned by AI Mastery Academy. You may use the prompts and techniques you learn for personal and commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish our course content.

5. User-Generated Content

When you post in forums, share solutions, or leave reviews, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display it on the Platform. You agree not to post content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on others' rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download course content
  • Post spam, malware, or malicious content in forums
  • Harass or abuse other community members

7. Certificates

Certificates are issued upon course completion and represent completion of our curriculum. They are verifiable through our platform. Certificates do not represent academic credit or professional certification.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI Mastery Academy provides educational content as-is. We make no guarantees about career outcomes, income, or specific results. The platform is provided for educational purposes, and you use AI tools at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
