How to ask for a refund

• Send us a message through the contact form with the email address on your account and the word "refund".
• The refund goes back to the card you paid with.
• Once it's issued, most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days.

How to cancel

• Go to your profile and choose Manage subscription. That opens our secure billing page (run by Stripe), where you can cancel in one click.
• When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. You won't be charged again.
• Your account, progress and free-plan access stay after you cancel.

What shows on your card statement

Study AI Mastery is operated by Our Rose LLC. Charges appear on your statement as OUR ROSE LLC.
